Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC Adds New Staff Members to Team

Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC (Carolina Foundation Solutions) announced new appointments to their team of staff members. Sean Holmes, Patti McCauley and Heather Sackett have been added as full-time staff members.

Holmes joined the Carolina Foundation Solutions team in March 2017 as a Technical Sales Consultant working from organization headquarters in Burlington, N.C. He has over 16 years of experience working in the construction industry. Previously, Holmes was employed at Tyndall Engineering and Design. Holmes brings further industry expertise serving on the North Carolina Homebuilders Association (NCHBA) for the last two years and the Johnson County HBA for six years. Holmes will assist the organization with customer acquisition.

Patti McCauley joined the Carolina Foundation Solutions team in February 2017 as Office Manager and is also located at the Burlington, N.C. office. She has extensive service industry management experience. McCauley brings excellent customer service acumen and project management expertise to the organization.

Heather Sackett joined the Carolina Foundation Solutions team in March 2017 as Marketing Coordinator and is located at the Charlotte, N.C. office. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication studies, and brings over five years of management experience in marketing and communications. Previously, Sackett was employed at 24 Foundation formerly 24 Hours of Booty. Sackett will manage all branding and integrated marketing efforts.
