Chris Miller, President
Chris Miller is the President of Carolina Foundation Solutions. He has been active with the company since 2003 and officially joined the staff in 2008. Chris holds an associate’s degree in building construction management and technology.
James Baston, Operations Manager
James Baston is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2019. Baston has extensive experience in warehouse operations and production management. He also brings construction industry experience as a former site foreman with Grady Concrete and Construction. Baston has an Associate of Arts degree from Forsyth Technical Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Winston Salem State University. .
Chet Miller, Member Manager
Chet Miller, Member Manager, founded Carolina Foundation Solutions in 2002. Chet has been active in day-to-day operations since 2010. Chet served as president of Carolina Foundation Solutions from 2002-2020. Chet holds a bachelor’s degree and is an Advanced Executive Management Program graduate. He has an extensive concrete industry background, previously serving as CFO and CEO for various companies. Chet is the president of the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina, is a member of the CHANCE Contractors Council and is a past board member of the Carolina Ready Mixed Concrete Association.
Gary McLamb, Safety Director
Gary McLamb is the Safety Director of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2003. Previously, he served in various positions, including sales consultant, area manager, and controller at Unicon Concrete, LLC. Gary is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, the Carolina Association of General Contractors, and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.
Robyn McAdams, Controller
Robyn McAdams is the controller of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. McAdams previously worked as a Payroll and Benefits Team Leader at Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. She has over 20 years of administrative and financial accounting experience. McAdams is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Clinton Ross, Operations Manager
Clinton Ross is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. Ross previously was a crew leader in the company. Ross is a United States Navy veteran with a multitude of customer service experience from various industries, including aviation, auto, and textile.
John Warner, Construction Operations Supervisor
John Warner is the Construction Operations Supervisor of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2011. Warner previously held several roles in the company as a crew member and then crew leader. He has worked in the foundation repair industry since 2005 and is a CHANCE certified installer.
Michael Hernandez, Director of Marketing
Michael is the Director of Marketing for Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2021. Michael previously worked in Learning & Development and Advertising. He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Appalachian State University and an impressive track record, holding positions such as Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operations Officer throughout his career.
Brittany Cates, Sales Manager
Brittany Cates is the Sales Manager for Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the staff in 2017. Cates holds a bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College and has previous management experience working for a music and arts retail store. While there, Cates oversaw customer service, sales, and educational event planning.
