My patio is sinking! What do I do?

Recently, Carolina Foundation Solutions was able to make the day of a Burlington, NC residence. Jim and Jane first reached out to our company in October of 2015. Jane was distressed because her back yard brick patio had begun to sink. Upon describing her situation to our team over the phone, we were able to promptly schedule a inspection with the homeowners. During our time together, we were able to reveal a brand new product that would work seamlessly with their particular scenario, Polyurethane Injection.

Polyurethane Foam Injection works by drilling small hole into the sinking concrete slab where we then inject the hole with the polyurethane foam solution. The foam expands deep into the ground stabilizing any loose soils and then gently raises the slab back into place. Upon achieving the desired slab level, the access points are then patched and the job is complete.

After assessing the situation of the Burlington residence, our team was able to create a proposal catered to Jim and Jane’s specific needs and they were then quickly placed on our calendar for the work to be completed.

Now, just a few short weeks shy of Christmas, Jim and Jane have a like-new back patio, as well as the peace-of-mind that the fix is a permanent solution. They can enjoy their Christmas festivities as they entertain family and friends in the back yard without a fear of someone tripping over an uneven patio.

Thank you Jim and Jane for allowing Carolina Foundation Solutions the opportunity to serve you!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Very professional and knowledgeable. Work on our foundation was completed in a timely manner and as painlessly as possible. Also, the transferable life of structure warranty provided with the repairs was very helpful when it came time for us to sell our home. I would absolutely do business with them again and I recommend them to any of my friends who find themselves in need of foundation repairs.
