Meet the Team

Chris Miller, President/Owner

Chris Miller is the President of Carolina Foundation Solutions. He has been active with the company since 2003 and officially joined the staff in 2008. Chris holds an associate's degree in building construction management and technology. He is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, the Carolina Association of General Contractors, and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.

Chet Miller, Member Manager

Chet Miller, Member Manager, founded Carolina Foundation Solutions in 2002. Chet has been active in day-to-day operations since 2010. Chet served as president of Carolina Foundation Solutions from 2002-2020. Chet holds a bachelor's degree and is an Advanced Executive Management Program graduate. He has an extensive concrete industry background, previously serving as CFO and CEO for various companies. Chet is the president of the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina, is a member of the CHANCE Contractors Council and is a past board member of the Carolina Ready Mixed Concrete Association.

Gary McLamb, Safety Director 

Gary McLamb is the Safety Director of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2003. Previously, he served in various positions, including sales consultant, area manager, and controller at Unicon Concrete, LLC. Gary is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, the Carolina Association of General Contractors, and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.

Robyn McAdams, Controller

Robyn McAdams is the controller of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. McAdams previously worked as a Payroll and Benefits Team Leader at Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. She has over 20 years of administrative and financial accounting experience. McAdams is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Clinton Ross, Operations Manager 

Clinton Ross is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. Ross previously was a crew leader in the company. Ross is a United States Navy veteran with a multitude of customer service experience from various industries, including aviation, auto, and textile.

John Warner, Construction Operations Supervisor 

John Warner is the Construction Operations Supervisor of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2011. Warner previously held several roles in the company as a crew member and then crew leader. He has worked in the foundation repair industry since 2005 and is a CHANCE certified installer.

Michael Hernandez, Director of Marketing

Michael is the Director of Marketing for Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2021. Michael previously worked in Learning & Development and Advertising. He has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Appalachian State University and an impressive track record, holding positions such as Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operations Officer throughout his career.

Brittany Cates, Sales Manager  

Brittany Cates is the Sales Manager for Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the staff in 2017. Cates holds a bachelor's degree from Greensboro College and has previous management experience working for a music and arts retail store. While there, Cates oversaw customer service, sales, and educational event planning.

Kristine Harris, Technology & Systems Coordinator 

Kristine Harris is the Technology & Systems Coordinator of Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the staff in 2014. Previously, Harris was the Office Manager of the company. Harris studied computer programming at Guilford Tech Community College. She has previous operations management experience in the fitness industry.

Miranda Walter, Customer Service Representative

Miranda Walter, a Customer Service Representative at Carolina Foundation Solutions, joined the staff in 2022. Walter brings excellent customer service insight to the organization.

Katie Miller, Customer Service Representative

Katie Miller, a Customer Service Representative at Carolina Foundation Solutions, joined the team in 2018. Miller graduated with a bachelor's degree from West Coast Baptist College. She has extensive customer service and organization skills from various ministry roles.

Rachel Carpenter, Accountant

Rachel Carpenter is an accountant at Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the team in 2020. She has previous experience in retail management, where she focused on training and development, project administration, and logistics management.

Heather Garner, Accountant & Human Resources

Heather Garner is an accountant at Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the team in 2022. Heather is an integral part of our company with her associate's degree in accounting and experience in various office roles. She works diligently to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Alana Bancroft, Production Schedule Coordinator

Alana is the Production Schedule Coordinator at Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the team in 2022. She has several years of experience in the construction industry and brings her knowledge and skills to our company. Alana is pursuing her bachelor’s degree from UNCG, and we are confident she will continue to be an integral member of our team.
