Carolina Foundation Solutions – Slab Bracket Installation

A residential property in Fort Mill, South Carolina was experiencing settlement issues due to the poor underlying soil conditions. Carolina Foundation Solutions installed 24 steel helical slab brackets. Drilling pilot holes through the concrete, penetrating down through the poor soil to a more stable footing underneath, fastening the brackets to the underside of the foundation to halt any further settlement.
