Carolina Foundation Solutions – Underpinning Helical Pier Installation

A residence in Fort Mill, South Carolina was experiencing significant settlement. In response, Carolina Foundation Solutions installed 28 underpinning helical piles around the entire perimeter. Installation was required to provide vertical support and stabilization for spans of the existing footing/foundation.
