Carolina Foundation Solutions – Commercial Epoxy Stitchweld Procedure

An existing commercial property located off of Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte, NC showed large cracks on the floor in the back left-hand corner, as well as behind the front desk due to settlement issues. Carolina Foundation Solutions ground down the surface of the floor and installed (10) 11-inch carbon fiber staples across the cracks. Next, an epoxy solution was poured over the spans of the cracks to form a strong bond with the carbon fiber staples, which will prevent the cracks from widening or getting longer in length.
