CFS: How did you get into this business?
Bo: After losing my job as a homebuilder during the 2008 economic crisis, the President of Carolina Foundation Solutions, Chris Miller, gave me a chance to provide for my family by offering me a job. I started by leading a production crew and worked my way up to become a production manager before transitioning to sales. Now, I thrive on helping people solve their problems.
CFS: What do you do for your clients?
Bo: I treat their homes like my own, evaluating them and suggesting practical solutions. If they don’t need our services, I’ll point them in the right direction.
CFS: What’s your professional background?
Bo: I have vast experience managing multi-million-dollar businesses such as shoe stores and custom home builders. I was also a men’s shoe buyer for a locally owned-shoe company.
CFS: What do you do in your free time?
Bo: Spending quality time with my wife and grown-up kids is most important. Watching my daughter compete in dance competitions and cheering on my favorite teams from the stands means the world to me. I’m a true sports lover and a real competitor from my high school and college sports days.
