Cogen Cooling Tower Replacement
CFS is currently putting the finishing touches on a permanent soil nailed wall for the Cameron Cogen Cooling Tower Replacement at UNC – Chapel Hill. The excavation is up to 20 feet and totals 4000 square feet.

Permanent Underpinning at NC State
Carolina Foundation Solutions recently completed a permanent underpinning for a settling foundation at the North Carolina State University.

Temporary Shoring at NC State
Carolina Foundation Solutions is providing temporary shoring for an addition at the Jordan Hall of NCSU.

Underpinning at the United States Federal Court Building
Carolina Foundation Solutions recently completed an underpinning application at the US Federal Court Building in Greensboro, NC.

Walkway Foundations for Walnut Creek Greenway
Carolina Foundation Solutions is providing the foundation support for the Walnut Creek Greenway for the City of Raleigh, NC.

Foundation at Forsyth Medical Center
Carolina Foundation Solutions provided helical piers to support the foundation of a new chiller addition at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.

CFS provided anchors to satisfy uplift requirements at the Decision One Mortgage Building in Ft. Mill, SC.

Soil Nailing in Belews Creek
Carolina Foundation Solutions is in the process of completing a 1700 square foot soil nail wall for the Department of Transportation at the Lindsey Bridge replacement project, Belews Creek, NC.

UNC Chapel Hill Load Test I-Beam

Carolina Foundation Solutions is currently in the process of installing 36 mini piles at the Unversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The mini piles will be utilized to support the stack foundation for the Manning Steam Plant steam distribution center. CFS thanks its hard working crew for performing a great job!
